Generated Torches in Strongholds hover in mid-air

This is easiest to see in a Stronghold library - the torches all are rendered like they were placed on the floor (pointing straight up), but they are hovering in mid-air. If a block update happens near the torch (like placing a torch on the wall underneath the floating torch), the torch falls to the ground, where it can be picked up.
