[MC-69209] try to launch twich broadcast when using @

the game say that it wasn't able to load libraries needed for Twitch broadcasting when you press @, even if it was intended to be written in the chat
for exemple a command like :
/kill @e[type=Zombie] show the message in this screen shot :

my steaming keyblinding are only using f6 and f7, and i can't set any to @ because i show the same error message

Goto Options -> Controls ,click on Pause/Unpause Streaming and press ESC, same for Start/Stop Streaming
