inventory/status bar dissapearing/reapperaing menue issues

When travelling and or moving the status bar and inventory bar can flicker shortly, this does not disrupt game play but there's other factors like images from items like pork and other kind of holdable items appearing (not really visible i may add, it's like a really visible trough objects) and i know I'm not hallucinating. This occurs on every mode i play on and both in multiplayer and single player, trying to adjust the video settings did nothing. Especially when i pause the game the whole game window flashes white. and it happens to flash sometimes in game to.
