Player can not view villager trades when in spectator mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a village, or spawn a villager for this test.
2. Go into /gamemode 3.
3. Right-click the villager as though trading.

Observed Result:

• The player can not view the available trades.

Expected Result:

• The player should be able to view available trades, just like they can view the contents of a chest (but not intereact, which would prevent another player from accessing the villager to trade).
