[MC-6938] spawn in blocks

I spawned in a new minecraft world, and I spawned in the ground and started taking damage.I dug out some of the dirt and took a screenshot(see picture)you may have to zoom in on the picture to see it

I feel like this should be fixed, world generators should not spawn people in a place where they immediately suffocate
