Frequent Server Crashes

The server, in 1.8-pre2, crashes very frequently. Crashes never happened in 1.7.10 on the same map, and very rarely happened in 1.8's earlier snapshots. The map is the same, the resources allocated to the server are the same, however block lag is much more frequent. None of these issues happened in 1.7.10. Here is the crash report.
