If you give yourself an ArmorStand with a name and then place it, the it will not be named like it.
/give @p armor_stand 1 0 {display:{Name:Test}}
If you type in /say @e
it says: "(You) and Armor Stand"
it should be saying: "(You) and Test"

I know, this "Works as intended", but it actually would be a great feature, to make Event Based and colored Chat messages
Works as intended. Keeping the item's name when placing something has to be manually activated by the developers.
