/spawnpoint command don't set the player's spawnpoint

The command /spawnpoint work, but when we died and we click on respawn, a message say "Your home bed was missing or obstructed"
it's not usefull for mapmaking :/
I'm sorry if my english is bad and if this Issue is duplicated.

Are you setting the spawnpoint on something like a pressure plate?

No, it´s with a clock of redstone

Erm... That's not what Sonic was asking. He meant are you trying to set the spawn location actually on top of a pressure plate or something?
