[MC-69818] GAME BREAKING GLITCH - Chunk Generation Freezes, Can't Attack Mobs, Floating sand won't fall, etc. etc.

I don't know why this is happening, but the chunks stopped generating, I couldn't attack squids which weren't moving, and then when I tried breaking a patch of floating sand, nothing happened. I have a crash report, please help me fix this.

Please limit your bugreports to 1 bug per ticket. This system is not designed for multiple bugs in a single ticket.

Also, please search before you report, as most if not all of these bugs have reported already.
