Iron golems spawning inside of glass

I have an iron farm but in this version inside of my iron farm there are iron gollems spawning inside of glass blocks and getting inside of the doors which there not supposed to be able to spawn in. I have heard of this issue recently alot in the comments for tango techs iron titan video.
I will attach a photo showing you what I mean.
