[MC-69924] Chunk error after updating to 1.8pre3

I updated from 1.8pre2 to 1.8pre3 and a part of my world looks like the photo Attached.
The world was fine in 1.8pre1 and 1.8pre2. When I updated to 1.8pre3 this chunk error happend.
How to replicate: Not sure just happend on its own.

Please restore your pre-1.8-pre3 backup and repeat the steps.
After that please attach the complete output of the "Game Output (Your Minecraft name) " which can be found on the fourth tab of the launcher.

If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".
