Item name displayed incorrectly when hovering over items in inventory

I have been working on a fireworks display and while hovering over fireworks with a large number of effects and colors in my inventory the name/effect display box goes off screen.
{What I did}
(1) Create fireworks with many colors, effects, charges, and faders
I used 7 Large ball charges with 7 colors, and 8 fade colors in a rocket.
(2) Hover over the fireworks with the cursor in inventory.

I expected the list of effects to be stacked but it looked more like a single line and went off the left side of the screen.
