Sea Lanterns lighting glitches

In a giant room with prismarine and sea lanterns in a CTM I am making, the lanterns end up "turning off" due to lighting glitches, making the whole room dark, and monsters spawn in the monument room, which should be safe. The attatched picture is just a few lanterns "turned off".
