Minecraft Player Model is looking weird......

Minecraft Player Model is looking weird......

Nothing was expected to happen.....just normal.
When I switched the render distance to 9 and everything else low or off, then this happened.
(My computer is already slow, you can see the fps in the pic)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Firstly, I set all the settings in the video settings to low of off.
2. Then I set the render distance to 9 chunks
Please tell me if my computer is just being slow or if it is actually a bug.
