[MC-70305] "Sprint" is in the wrong category in Controls screen

The "Sprint" key, in the Controls screen, is in the Gameplay category, but it should be in the Movement category, since "Jump" and "Sneak" are there. Also it makes more sense, since sprinting is related to movement.

This is more of a technical mistake than a bug. Since this isn't a bug, it is invalid, however, this should be easy enough to fix.

@unknown, if it's a technical mistake, then it can be considered as a bug. And it's not invalid since TheMogMiner even fixed it.
