After upgrading server to 1.8, flowers which are more than 1 block high are destroyed.

Tall flowers were standing in the same places as in 1.7.10

The flowers were destroyed, and availible for picking up.

Steps to Reproduce:
Update server from 1.7.10 to 1.8, while keeping old world and settings
