Upon entering a world, after a few seconds ( typically ), turning and moving will cause things to flicker and flash in and out of view, very fast and very frequently. Opening the inventory causes this alot as well, and moving the mouse around the screen and over icons causes them to flash and change and flicker.

What my settings are at, if it could affect it, and a bad example of the flickering ( it happens so fast its nearly impossible to see without a video sample.)
