I was playing Minecraft 1.8 Vanilla alone on a private realm which I have no privileges on in survival mode with no mods or hacks and I was in the mines when I was hit by a potion, I looked around but there was nothing there. I ran further down the hall to a dead end turned around and started to drink milk when I was hit again, still nothing there! Again I was hit multiple times causing my death and major loss of resources. I lost my entire maxed out inventory, body and 55 levels. I went back seconds later and there was no trace whatsoever of my death. My body didn't even drop on the ground when I died, or at least I couldn't see it. Perhaps it was invisible, perhaps it glitched through the walls. There was no fire or lava (20 blocks away) close enough to have accounted for the complete disappearance of my entire inventory and 55 levels.

Witchs shouldn't throw invisibility potions, and your missing body is because you were hit with the potion as well. Is this a multiplayer server or was it opened to lan? Or are you messing with us by turning keepinventory on?

1. I didn't say the witch threw a potion of invisibility if that's what you were implying.
2. This is on Realms so Multiplayer. I'm not an admin so I have no privileges. No mods or packs of any kind are being used.
3. my body and entire inventory was lost. I have not changed any settings.

Sorry I seemed rude earlier. It was very likely another player that did it to you and your item drops went to that person when you died. That is the best and final solution I can think of.

I was in the game alone, it's a private realm only 2 others have access and neither joined or have even played today . There were no mobs nearby to pickup the items either and I doubt any could carry a full body and an entire maxed out inventory. I wasn't close to fire and the only nearby lava was too far to have been a possibility. My body, inventory and xp did not even drop to begin with, it was a bug/glitch and as I haven't been able to replicate it I'm guessing is related to the witch.
