Unable to reproduce, please provide a screenshot with the debug screen enabled (F3) and please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while ingame and attach the crash report here.
The dispenser seems fine to me
No further proof provided that issue occurs in 13w02b, assuming user was in 13w02a.
This issue was supposed to have been corrected. Can you confirm that it still occurs in 13w02b?
