the new update allow you to change mob spawners with spawn eggs
but when you change them with blank spawn egg named spawn the game will crash

I don't 100% follow, what do you mean with a blank spawn egg? The default one or one that isn't renamed.

Also, could you please attach your crash report?

It crash because this spawn egg is nof of a mob.
