Game crashes from time to time when exiting a world.

Can confirm for 1.8
However only on worlds opened to LAN

For me the game only freezes (not responding) and I have to kill Minecraft via Task-Manager

Incomplete without a crash report. Please attach it so the issue can be diagnosed.
