Failed to connect to server

When I tried to join the Hypixel (mc.hypixel.net) server a 'Failed to connect to the server' message was sent saying: 'Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException, this happens exclusively on this server and even after deleting and re-installing Minecraft it doesn't work.
