Minecraft Graphical glitch

Greetings..

When i play minecraft or any sort of modded pack, there graphical glitch that makes icons and blocks on the ground etc. glimps and with white parts just mystically appear. It is like it's trying to load it. When i try to take sreenshot of it, it doesn't show it on the picture. It is like minecraft doesn't see it
