Minecraft Bug :: Signs Duplicating Sounds

When i hear a sound, i place down a sign in singleplayer and press done or Esc and it repeats the sound i placed the sign during. and i can replicate a sound over and over. I have a video to demonstrate this, its rendering on youtube atm, Either subscribe to thegri108 or keep checking back.
