[MC-71279] Accentued character act like sticky keys for moving

I use BÉPO layout for my keyboard so ZQSD became ÉAUI , I was surprised that É can be selected in the control option.

But when I use that key I keep moving after I released the key.

If I change É to P for exemple it works fine.

To reproduce this :
change layout to something with accent and set one of them to an action.

Is this still an issue in the current Minecraft Snapshot 15w45a or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.

I have the same issue, a just-installed Minecraft, with 1.10.2, on a Ubuntu (64bits) 16.10.
So, still an issue. Haven't this issue back on Windows.

Just tested this on version 1.12-pre2 on Arch Linux 64-bit, the issue still persists.
