I update from 1.8 pre-3 (Constant 60 fps) to 1.8 and i get constant 0 fps please help me this happens on all worlds/servers but servers don't lag as much though

For starters you should be running Java 64-bit on your 64-bit system not Java 32-bit. That might help run things better and your PC will thank you for it.
