[MC-7143] The game crashes after several seconds in the End with NullPointerException

After entering the End Minecraft almost instantly crashes (however, there are 10 seconds or so to place block #90 and get outta there).

I notice you are using OpenJDK 7 on Ubuntu. This has caused me problems with Minecraft before (though not necessarily the same one). Try the same with Oracle Java 7.
