[MC-71438] Blocks that are placed with an item dosn't have place sounds

Blocks that are placed with an item (Doors, Repeaters, Cocoa Beans, Lily Pads ) except for the cauldron, brewing stand and flower pot, don't have a place sound, only a break sound.

I'm not sure whether there was a placement sound in 1.7.9, but on the Windows version, there ISN'T a placement sound...

I just realized there was never one, i tested back into the alpha builds, and there was never a place sound... Should be added then 🙂 I'm used to it because i'm using a custom server software and there is one^^
