The furnace has the texture with fire like burning something and I can't open it with the right click, in survival or creative. Is it normal?
The minecart texture does not release any particles.

Furnace Carts don't actually act as Furnaces. However, you do point out a problem: Furnace Carts always use the texture for currently burning an item. Beyond that, I notice the top texture of Furnace Carts is not always oriented correctly relative to the Furnace itself.

Right-click in creative or with coal in survival and it moves on its own!

Confirmed for 1.7.5, 14w08a and 14w10c. Active furnace texture should be shown only when powering it using coal.

How old is it? I don't know, but it is more than an year old... I created this ticket while in 13w02... XD
