[MC-71771] mc 1.7.10 cant join servers

I cant seem to join any servers on mc 1.7.10 even though i updated my java
Error screen
Failed to connect to the server
Java.netConnectException: Connection timed out: no further Infromation:

Are you sure. They are both connection errors but they are different errors which could have different effects
