Animal Breeding: Hearts dont pop up when right clicked or breeded

When i went to breed my mushroom cow I found that no hearts popped up. It still seemed to breed them but its hard to know without the hearts. I tried with chickens and cows and they breed but again, no hearts. Rabbits don't seem to breed at all. Please fix this as I can't know if I am breeding them or not.
