Some things not rendering

Just today - my game has been glitching out pretty bad. I've restarted the game multiple times. At one point, I had my Render Distance at or over 10, and accidentally turned VBOs off. Then, visually, all of a sudden, random parts of the world were randomly cloning over to my area (again, just visually) so then I set everything back to normal. It didn't help. Then I restarted my game, and that was fine. Then, I decided to go into F5. Players aren't rendering (BARELY AT ALL!) I've attached screenshots of those, but I'd need video to show you the block glitching (I have no screen recorder :/) So, that's my bug. If you need more info, let me know in the comments. I'll attach my `Options.TXT` file, along with a screenshot of the Options screen, along with everything else (screenshots, and such.).
