Minecraft 1.8 Server Skins messed up.

My friend last night recently reset his Minecraft 1.8 Server, and as I relogged, my skin gets replaced with the Steve skin, but it's all jumbled up and glitchy.

I'm using a texture pack currently, but everyone on the server is experiencing the exact same problem, but with different skin models.
