That's a pirated / modified launcher which Mojang doesn't support.

The only launcher they support is the actual launcher that is included with the game download you can get by clicking the link on the first comment.

Then download the CORRECT launcher!
This should really not be too difficult and your story doesn't sound really convincing, because when you search with Google for "Minecraft", the second suggestion is "Download it here"...
