After a update from 1.7.2 to 1.8 my minecraft server crashes. It gets errors like this:
24.09 15:07:48 [Server] Server thread/WARN Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 7710ms behind, skipping 154 tick(s)
Then watchdog shuts down the server.

My problem isn't that watchdogs turn off the server. The server is not playable. Only with luck you get onto the server and when you are on it, the chunks are loading quite long and after 1 - 3 minutes you are getting disconnected. All informations about joining the server appears after 1 - 2 minutes on the console.
