After updating, formerly explored tunnels were interrupted by walls of stone. As I redug the tunnels as soon as I left the immediate area, they would fill back in (even blocking me in several times.)

After having this issue again: Please attach the complete output of the "Game Output (Your Minecraft name) " which can be found on the fourth tab of the launcher to MC-4001.
If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".
