minecraft worlds disappear from the "singleplayer" world selection, but appears in the C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves

When I was making a city world(that I just started). But then, when I exited the world and pressed the "quit game" button, I was expecting(not really)that the world was still there. What I got was two worlds not there, but found them in the C:\Users*username*\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves (Their names are "World" and "New World").

{{C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves}} is the only path for worlds being stored.

To the mod, I believe this person is talking about the World selection list (like this http://i.imgur.com/ipAnk.png). I think they're saying that their worlds aren't showing up there, even though the worlds are still there in the saves folder.

If so, please attach the complete output of the "Game Output (Your Minecraft name) " which can be found on the fourth tab of the launcher.

If the launcher closes after game start, please edit your profile and select "Launcher visibility" then, "Keep the launcher open".
