[MC-72617] Used Memory loops between 8-32%

Also affected 1.7.10. It just continues to loop from 8-32% and repeats this for infinity. No clue what is causing this.

All people I know which are playing mc have it always looping from ±8%-30% and that every time.

Whoops, thought that earlier report didn't go through. Anyways, thank goodness it's normal. I'd never seen it before, in earlier versions it remained stable.
