[MC-72854] Pressing ^ in control settings sets BACKSLASH as selected key (German keyboard layout)

Pressing the °/^ key on a German keyboard layout while being in the control settings causes "BACKSLASH" getting entered. But the function of the key still works (its function is to create letters using the ^).

Well sorry that I duplicated my own report, I thought this one is also a bug, because its function (the ^) still works after entering... well sorry 😞

Dead keys are handled IMO by the OS. If you press ^ and o then an ô character is send to the application. But (also IMO) in Minecraft keys are handled in two different ways: The scancodes (e.g BACKSLASH for ^) are used for the movement and other stuff used in control settings, but the aforementioned characters are used for chat and other text input.
