The first image is MipMap at 4, the second image is MipMap at 0. There is also a ton of lag when switching MipMap levels, I can post more images of the problem if needed. Happens in Multiplayer and Singleplayer. It seems when MipMap is on, there is a small radius of blocks that are not effected, then all after that area have a white outline on the edges.
