Confirmed.

Btw, It's spelled "execute".

Fail to see a bug here. Why shouldn't that not be possible ?

Simply typing "/tell <Your Username> <Message>" throws an error saying you cannot whisper to yourself.

Using the execute command bypasses the error, however, resulting in the ability to whisper to yourself (a completely redundant ability, by the way). The chat then outputs pretty much the same message twice:

<Your Username> whispers to you: <Message>
You whisper to <Your Username>: <Message>

The enviroment is supposed to contain pc details.

Still an issue in 16w33a.

1.13 allows /telling things yourself, so this ticket is now invalid.
