[MC-73310] Problems at high "y" levels

While attempting to test the slime block rebound. I teleported to -529 10000000000000000000000000 924. I seemed to not be falling, or have a player model in f5.

What I expected to happen was...:
I would see my player model.

What actually happened was...:
I saw a dot in the distance

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In survival and type
/tp @p ~ ~10000000000000000000000000 ~
2. Double tap f5
