[MC-73519] Armor stand ignores Invisibility effect

When a invisibilty potion effect is set to an armor stand, it is ignored completely.

Does not matter wether spawned with effect, using /summon NBT tags, or the effect is given with /effect.

Armour stands are not affected by potion effects. You use the Invisible tag to set it's invisibility.

I didn't realize ArmorStand entities has it's own special NBT tag for this.
