[MC-7365] Black screen after loading

When I log in to Minecraft it loads and everything and after it shows the Mojang logo, it is just a black screen I can press the buttons to play minecraft but I can't see a thing. It usually just gets me to the Minecraft homescreen (not where you login)

What I expected to happen was...:
The Minecraft homescreen should of been there (it is but it is all black cause when I press around I hear I'm pressing buttons.)

What actually happened was...:
Instead of the Minecraft homescreen (not login screen) it is just a black screen

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to Minecraft
2. Load
3. I was toying around with the options (forgot what I did)
4. Exit Minecraft
5. (1 + 2 again)
6. After Mojang logo comes up black screen.

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
