repeater bug

What I expected to happen was...:
the repeater wouldnt give an output

What actually happened was...:
it gave an output only if it affected another repeater or ran straight into the back of an comparator

Steps to Reproduce:
1. look at the picture
2. place a repeater where the first repeater to be powered runs into.

This is intended. If a repeater is powered by another one on its side, it will lock with it's current state.

ive added a screenshot
in this case, the repeater DOES turn on

the point is, in case 1 the repeater does NOT turn on, but in case 2 it Does.
