[MC-73779] Daytime cycle is going crazy and uncontrollable

So, everytime i log into minecraft and enter either a multiplayer or single player world the time of day goes mad. Every second it changes from day, to midday, to sunset, to midnight, then back to sunrise. It is very annoying and also very worrying. You may think i have a command block with a clock running into it with the command "/time add" but that cannot be a case as it happens on servers like the hive and hypixel. Please Help

Can't reproduce.

Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

Did you recently use hibernation on your computer? This is a known issue, it is due to the fact that after resuming from hibernation, the game thinks 'I'm running <large number> seconds behind, I gotta catch up!' although it usually fixes itself pretty soon.
