I was playing in creative mode, and then it crashed while I was trying to administer my items.
What I expected to happen:
I expected to see the inventory window.
What actually happened was:
The game closed, with a message that the game has crashed.
This may be a rare case, but I am not sure if it can be reproduced.
I can at least try to explain how to copy my environment in which the bug happened.
1. Play music (Spotify) in your computer.
2. Create a creative map, with saplings as the next layer above grass.
3. Let the trees grow.
4. Add rain by entering /toggledownfall
5. Let it be dark by entering /timeset 14000 or nearby values.
6. Set all settings to max, but have chunk generation to 4-5.
7. Spawn some 15 villages.
8. Break leaves and fly near trees until the framerate gets choppy.
9. Turn around quickly and press your inventory button.
Otherwise, see the crash report attached for more details.
