[MC-74074] Strange colors in the world (Probably mipmap related)

I have recorded a video that will tell more than I could ever explain here:

Note that I do not get this problem on my laptop, so it might be hard to reproduce. (One of the reasons that I made a video)

I searched for similar issues, but could not find any.

Seems identical to MC-73723. Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report ([minecraft|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/finding-minecraft-data-folder]/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

It is marked as invalid as currently all signs point to a graphics driver issue. It will however be re-opened if that is not the case.
