[MC-74334] /kill Cow 20 or any mob it will kill you and every thing

What I expected to happen was...:
kill all cows in 20 blocks

What actually happened was...:
killed all mobs and entity and you

Steps to Reproduce:
1./kill
2. .../kill Cow or what mob you want
3. .../kill Cow 20 or what ever

Working as Intended

Here's the real command to kill all cows 20 blocks around you :
/kill @e[type=Cow,r=20]

ok but if you do "/kill" for your player it still kills every thing

Because :
-"/kill" is the command to kill the player
-Any wrongly written "/kill" command will be read as "/kill" only

/kill Cow 20 or /kill Cow are not valid, so the are just /kill

And killing everything is not "/kill" but "/kill @e"
