[MC-74593] Required Enchantment Level too low

Although you need 1-30 Levels to click on the various enchantments, the actual used amount of levels matches the amount of Lapis Lazuli used.
I bet someone messed up some variables 😛

Lucas is correct, the enchanting system (and repair system) was re-balanced in 1.8. I would suggest reading up on it in the wiki

@fienxjox You could have resolved this as "Works As Intended" rather than "Invalid". The "Invalid" resolution is for these issues that are technical support issues, console edition bug report issues, PE bug report issues, suggestion issues, or any other issues that do not fit in the MC bug tracker.
